On September 2, 2025, the Thailand Adventist Mission held a leadership seminar at the 3rd Floor Auditorium. The seminar, themed “Leading in Tandem: Winning With a Wingman,” featured Dr. Mamerto M. Guingguing as the speaker. He addressed pastors, zone coordinators, school leaders, and departmental directors on the following topics: The Power of Spiritual Leadership and Motivation, the Power of Friendship in Leadership, the Power of Strategic Thinking, the Power of Leadership that Builds, and the Power of Mission Driven Leadership.

การสัมมนาครั้งนี้มาในหัวข้อ “Leading in Tandem: Winning With a Wingman” (เป็นผู้นำไปด้วยกัน: ชัยชนะมาพร้อมกับเพื่อนคู่คิด) โดยมี ดร. แมเมอร์โต เอ็ม. กิงกิง (Dr. Mamerto M. Guingguing) เป็นวิทยากร
ท่านได้บรรยายแก่ศิษยาภิบาล, ผู้ประสานงานโซน, ผู้นำโรงเรียน และผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายต่างๆ ในหัวข้อต่างๆ ได้แก่: พลังแห่งผู้นำฝ่ายวิญญาณและแรงจูงใจ, พลังแห่งมิตรภาพในการเป็นผู้นำ, พลังแห่งการคิดเชิง กลยุทธ์, พลังแห่งผู้นำที่สร้างสรรค์ และพลังแห่งผู้นำที่ขับเคลื่อนด้วยพันธกิจ
