The Seventh-day Adventist Church of Thailand known as Thailand Adventist Mission (TAM) is serving the whole  country of Thailand.  TAM is composed or divided into nine  zones namely:  Central Zones 1 and 2; South Zone, North Zones 1, 2, 3, 4; and Northeast Zones 1, 2.

TAM Mission statement is also the same as the mission statement of the Seventh-day Adventist Church to call all people to become disciples of Jesus Christ, to proclaim the everlasting gospel embraced by the three angels’ messages (Revelation 14:6-12), and to prepare the world for Christ’s soon return.

TAM is currently seeking qualified candidate for the position of General Office Secretary to work in the office of TAM Headquarters at No. 12 Soi Pridi Banomyong 37, Sukhumvit 71, Klongtan Nua, Wattana, Bangkok 10110.


Be able to work independently when department directors are on itineraries

Proficicnecy in computer skills—word, excell, other computer skills

Coordinate with other office workers on work related items with other departments

Answer telephone calls with acceptable telephone manners, with accuracy and correct information

Prepare reports of the departments as requested by SAUM/SSD/GC

Be able to do filing as rquired – either by subjects, by dates, of alphabetical order

Willingness to go a second mile when duties call for it and accept extra assignment as needed.

Display a positive attitude towards colleagues and superiors

Teachable, willing to learn, and cooperative when there are unfamiliar duties at hand

Any other assignments as requested by the department directors and officers


Fluent in Thai spoken and written

Thai and English language is an advantage

Be abel to compose/write emails in Thai and English

Minimum of two years experience as secretary

Ablity to work under pressure

Good human relations

Supportive of the administration

Active SDA member

Faithful in Stewardship


Bachelor’s Degree in Office Management and/or Secretarial or Business Administration


Proven Working Experience in Secretarial Field

Proven Working Experience in any office settings
